Telephone/email Consultation

SHADE Consulting is available for consultation via telephone or email. This service is intended for simple issues including assistance with finding appropriate resources, academic assistance and/or search services. SHADE Consulting reserves the right to decline to provide assistance in this manner when an in-person consultation is needed. SHADE Consulting does not accept any responsibility for the efficacy of the information provided, the efficacy with which it is used or any negative repercussions from such use. Follow-up research or searches are billed as charged time.

Cost: Phone/email – $15.90 including GST per 15 minute period or portion thereof (minimum charge of 15 minutes).

Note: Billing does not start until billing information is gathered. Information is not supplied until billing information is gathered.
